Terms and conditions
- Eligibility. Refer & Earn is open to eligible Tria users. To participate, share your unique referral link from the Tria app. Availability may be limited in regions where Tria or promotional campaigns are restricted.
- How a referral qualifies. A referral qualifies when your friend (a) joins Tria using your referral link, (b) gets a Tria card, and (c) makes 4 qualifying payments of $5 or more each within 14 days of card issuance.
- Reward. When a referral qualifies, the referrer and the referred friend each receive $5 in USDT, credited to their respective Tria balances.
- No cap. There is no limit on the number of friends you can refer. Each qualifying referral earns $5 for the referrer and $5 for the referred friend.
- Qualifying payments. Each of the 4 required payments must be $5 or more and must be completed and settled to qualify. Cancelled, refunded, disputed, or reversed payments do not count toward the required 4 payments.
- Fair play. Self-referrals, duplicate or same-device accounts, and attempts to game the program are not permitted. Tria may withhold or reclaim rewards and disqualify participants in cases of fraud or abuse, including where a referred account is later flagged.
- Changes. Tria may amend, suspend, or end Refer & Earn and may adjust these terms at its discretion, including for operational reasons.
- General. Refer & Earn is subject to Tria's standard terms. Where these terms and Tria's standard terms differ, Tria's standard terms govern.
