It's going to rain rewards on Tria. Paper Plane is the first drop, a new trading competition where three simple steps put you in the running for a share of $5,000 USDC. And this is only the beginning.
Qualify in 3 simple steps
Getting in is simple:
- Add funds to your wallet.
- Set your flight plan by answering a few quick questions.
- Make your first trade on Decibel.
Complete all three steps and you're officially in. You'll enter the leaderboard and automatically qualify for the raffle, giving you more than one way to win.
$5,000 USDC is up for grabs
The total prize pool is split between the top traders and qualifying participants.
$4,000 USDC will be awarded to the top 6 traders:
- 1st place: $1,500
- 2nd place: $1,000
- 3rd place: $750
- 4th to 6th place: $250 each
But you don't need to reach the top of the leaderboard to walk away with a reward. An additional $1,000 USDC is reserved for the raffle, with 10 qualifying participants winning $100 USDC each.
Every user who completes the three qualifying steps gets a shot in the raffle. Leaderboard winners will be excluded from the raffle, giving more participants a chance to win.

Every market available on Decibel counts.
Once you qualify, your eligible trading volume determines your leaderboard position. The more volume you trade during the competition, the higher you can climb.
Whether you're making your first trade or already know your way around the markets, Paper Plane is open to everyone.
Competition timeline
The Paper Plane competition runs from July 22, 6:00 PM IST to July 29, 6:00 PM IST.
Complete all three qualifying steps and make eligible trades during the competition period to participate.
Once the competition ends, leaderboard positions and qualifying entries will be reviewed before the final results are confirmed. Keep an eye on Tria for competition updates and announcements.
How winners will be announced
After the competition ends, all leaderboard positions and qualifying raffle entries will be reviewed.
Winners will be announced through in-app updates and push notifications, and each winner will also be notified directly. There are no claim forms, no manual process, and no additional steps.
Rewards will be distributed in USDC directly to the winners' Decibel wallets after the final results are confirmed.

Terms and conditions
- Paper Plane is open to all Tria users, with no eligibility gate.
- To qualify, you must complete all three steps: add funds, set your flight plan, and make at least one trade on Decibel. Completing all three enters you into both the leaderboard and the raffle.
- Leaderboard rank is based on trading volume on Decibel, and only fee-paying volume counts. Any market on Decibel counts toward your total.
- The prize pool is $5,000 USDC. The leaderboard pays $4,000 across the top 6 (1st $1,500, 2nd $1,000, 3rd $750, and $250 each for 4th to 6th). The raffle pays $1,000 across 10 winners at $100 each.
- Winners are paid in USDC directly to their Decibel wallet, with nothing to claim.
